The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. They were also helpful in answering questions and more then willing to show me items inside the case. Definitely will be back.

I needed last second items for the field, and they came through in a heartbeat. Turnaround time on the name tapes and sowing was very quick. And I even picked up a Leatherman for cheap. Amazing staff.

The customer service is top notch. Cheapest name tapes around post. Even beats online prices. Their used selection is amazing. The new selection is just as good. I wish I knew about them earlier. I would recommend them to everyone.

Probably the nicest military outlet store I’ve ever been in. Store was very clean and well organized. They had a very nice selection of both new and used gear and items. Prices were also very reasonable and the condition of items were taken into account with things with heavier wear being discounted. Will definitely be my first stop when looking for extra gear/military clothing. Employees were also very polite and attentive.

so awesome!! i went here and i got a pair of jeans fixed and they did great. i had visited two other shops that said the repair wasnt possible, but military outlet did it ^_^ only complaint is that they kinda lowball you when you sell them stuff. and the amount they give you is pretty inconsistent. ive sold mres to them for alot, and sometimes very little.

I brought my uniform in for alterations and the service was great from start to finish. The staff understood military standards without me having to over‑explain anything, and the work was done right the first time. Stitching was clean, measurements were accurate, and the turnaround time was faster than expected. Prices were fair for the quality of work.
